Our  school is seeking a qualified and dedicated Native English Teacher to enhance student's English proficiency and strengthen

their global competence.

□ Position

◦ Title: Native English Teacher (Middle & High School)

◦ Number of Positions: 2

◦ Employment Type: Full-time Contract

◦ Contract Period: May 1, 2026 – April 30, 2027

 ※ Renewable annually based on performance evaluation

 □ Salary & Compensation

◦ Base Monthly Salary:$4,000 – $5,000 (Negotiable and It will be paid monthly, including vacation.)

◦ Additional Allowances (paid separately):

- Extra Teaching Allowance (from the 17th hour, $50/hour): approx. $900 – $1,000 per month

- Supplementary Class Allowance: $10/hour

- Homeroom Teacher Allowance: $200

- Holiday Bonus (twice a year): 10% of monthly salary per payment

□ Job Responsibilities

◦ Teach English to middle and high school students (Grades 7–12)

◦ Conduct English classes for learners of English as a foreign language

◦ Prepare lesson materials (textbooks and teaching resources) aligned with the school’s English curriculum goals

◦ Develop and assess midterm exams, final exams, and performance-based assessments

◦ Carry out educational duties assigned by the school

□ Qualifications

◦ Required

- Bachelor’s degree in English or a related field

- Ability to teach middle and high school students (Grades 7–12)

- Ability to teach English to learners of English as a foreign language

◦ Preferred

- Secondary school teaching experience (in Korea or abroad)

- Strong skills in lesson material development and student management

◦ Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:10–16:10
