2. Bidding method
A. This Bidding type is total amount bidding and Bid for qualifying examination. However, the qualification examination differs from the Korean regulations only partially.
B. This bidding is open only to companies located in Singapore.
C. This bid has multiple (several) preliminary prices.

3. Bidding Participation Qualifications
A. The business must be registered with the Singapore ACRA and located in Singapore.
B. The company's ACRA registration date must be prior to this announcement date and must be valid by the contract date.

4. Explanation of Product
A. There is no site explanation for this construction. Be sure to read the following. If you have any questions, please contact the Singapore Korean International School admin office.
B. If there is any disagreement about the progress of the construction, it should be in accordance with the opinion of the school.
C. The company is responsible for any problems that arise from not confirming the site and the contents below.

5. Submission of bidding Participation Paper

6. Invalidity of Bidding
A. Bidding Paper submitted by businesses that do not fit the criteria will not be taken into account.

7. Opening of Bidding
A. Date of Bidding Opening : 21 Jan 2018 10:00
B. Place of Bidding Opening : Singapore Korean International School Admin Office

8. Determine of successful bidder
A. Estimated price is determined by multiple estimated prices (Within basic sum ± 3% ) that is made by the average of 4 out of 15 estimated prices.
B. The bidder decides the lowest bidder among the bidders below the planned price.
C. Companies with less than 80.495% of the winning bid (bid price / planned price) will be excluded without notice.(Applies only to this part of the qualification examination)
D. When there are two submitters who have submitted the same price, the successful bidder is determined by 「Enforced ordinance of the law Article 47 that are made for contract when the Nation is associated with the contract」as per Korea’s law regulations.

9. Bid Deposit Payment
A. Bid Deposit Payment replace Memorandum of Bidding Deposit Payment
B. If successful bidder do not contract within 10 day from opening bidding day, the successful bidder have to pay bid deposit that is 5/100 of bid amount.

10. Permission of Bidding Documents
A. The associator who is attending the bidding must refer to and read thoroughly the bidding resolution [laws associated with bidding (E.g. The law that are made for contract when the Nation is associated with the contract), this advertisement, special contract conditions etc]. The school shall not be held responsible should the bidder did not read or understand the bidding resolution carefully.
